As mentioned before, Smart Doll and some of IT clothes will be shipped from Poland and all clothes for fashion BJD art dolls and some clothes for IT dolls come from Ukraine. Please, mind this before placing your order.

All parcels are shipped by regular mail. We provide tracking number for each package.

No need to worry about shipping from Kyiv. Despite the war, postal services are working well and all of our customers received their parcels safe and sound. Usually it takes 10-18 days for shipping to EU, 20-25 days tops to USA and Canada.
